Helping Property Owners Navigate the Surplus Funds Recovery Process
Ram Equity Solutions LLC was created with a simple purpose: to help former property owners understand and navigate the process of recovering surplus funds that may remain after a foreclosure or tax deed sale.
Our work began with real estate investing. Through years of buying properties at auction, founder Judy Corrales became aware that some former property owners left the process without realizing that their property had generated an overage that they might be entitled to claim.
That realization led Judy to create Ram Equity Solutions LLC — a company focused on conducting thorough research, identifying potential claimants, verifying available information, and assisting property owners through the claim process.
OUR APPROACH
We believe that every situation deserves careful attention. Our process begins with researching available public records and county information to determine whether surplus funds may exist and whether additional verification is needed.
Once a potential claimant is identified, we take the time to explain what we have found and help organize the information and documentation needed to move forward. When a situation requires legal assistance, we work with attorneys who specialize in probate, foreclosure, and other applicable legal matters.
