Emotional wellbeing
Encourage access to appropriate counseling, trauma-informed care, and supportive relationships.
Operation Victory helps incarcerated veterans prepare for a successful return to their communities—with purpose, dignity, and a path toward a new beginning.
For many veterans, incarceration is not the end of their story. Operation Victory is an initiative of Damascus Victory Alliance, Inc. designed to help incarcerated veterans build the skills, support systems, and confidence needed for a successful return to community life.
Drawing inspiration from established reentry practices, our approach recognizes the whole person—addressing emotional wellbeing, personal responsibility, practical needs, and the relationships that help sustain change.
Returning to society after incarceration can bring complex barriers. A coordinated, person-centered approach can help veterans move forward with stability and a renewed sense of purpose.

Veterans deserve a meaningful opportunity to rebuild. By working with local, state, and federal partners, Operation Victory aims to help participants return to their communities with stronger foundations and a support network around them.
Every successful transition is an opportunity to restore connection, renew purpose, and create a more hopeful future.
